The Opportunity

We are seeking Business Analyst for our Ho Chi Minh Office to help customers maximize values of our data platform, successfully adopt our product and assist them with technical problems. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent consulting service. You will report to the Customer Success Director and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Success Managers in preparing training materials, weekly/monthly reports, adhoc analysis reports with the provided frameworks.
• Consult customers on frameworks and processes to maximize values of Palexy products with knowledge of the Solution and Retail Industry.
• Respond to customer queries and provide assistance in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Take detailed notes during customer meetings and proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to address customer feedback.
• Conduct product training sessions for end users.

Qualifications and skills:

• 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Excellent at Microsoft Excel, Power Point. Comfortable with analyzing and working with data;
• Good at organization skills, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Honesty and attention to detail;
• A quick learner in new technology tool.
