We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Hanoi team and help retail customers get real value out of Palexy's data platform. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to turn in-store data into insights our customers can act on — and you'll get hands-on exposure to retail analytics, enterprise clients, and AI/data products from day one.

This is a strong entry point for someone early in their BA career: you'll start with structured, guided work and grow into owning analysis and customer relationships independently, with a clear path toward a Business Analysis Manager role.

You will report to the Customer Success Managers and support the adoption, retention, and growth of our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Analyze in-platform data (store traffic, conversion, customer services, staff performance, etc.) to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and ad hoc analyses for customers, using established frameworks and templates.
• Assist CSMs in preparing training materials and onboarding content to help customers adopt the platform effectively.
• Identify patterns and flag notable trends or anomalies in customer data, and help translate them into clear, actionable talking points for the CSM team.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Support CSMs in customer meetings and demos as needed, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requests, report deliverables, and recurring analysis in internal tools.

As you grow in the role, you'll take on more ownership of client-facing analysis and reporting, building a strong foundation toward a Business Analysis Manager track.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field (internships count)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint; comfortable working with and interpreting data.
• Familiarity with Claude is a plus, but not required — training provided.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and a quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and technologies.
• Good proficiency in English (written and verbal).
