Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the Japanese Market. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our projects. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, document, and translate business requirements into effective technological solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop projects in a dynamic and flexible environment.

2. Job description

Conduct a detailed analysis of business processes, user needs, and system requirements.

Develop analysis documents, requirement specifications, and business process modeling.

Work and communicate with clients to understand requirements/pain points.

Work closely with development teams to translate the unique business requirements.

Manage and track the status of requirements and change requests from the customer throughout the project lifecycle; manage the progress, quality, risk, and problem-solving.

Participate in analyzing and building software system integration requirements.

Develop test plans and scripts to validate the solution implementation process and change requests.

3. Requirements

Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques

Strong skills for creating use cases, user stories, flowcharts and documentation

Fluent Japanese to be able to communicate directly with clients (JLPT N2)

Minimum 3 years of working experience as BA

Experience working with Japanese customers and projects

Logical thinking, time management, project management and negotiation skills.

Have a strong passion to drive product development and product mindset.

4. Benefits

Gross salary: 20-35 millions (100% probationary salary)
