- Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCES:
Experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Managing stakeholders at different levels in dynamic enterprise settings
- Skilled in identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, and tracing them through testing and acceptance
- Experience working across multiple technology platforms and environments
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency
- Familiarity with managing work items and documentation in tools like MS Planner, Confluence
- Experience or interest working with Generative AI tools
- Advanced Excel skills desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in handling feedback loop from end customer is a plus
