ABOUT THE JOB
- Work directly with business users to understand business needs, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Analyze and design end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Propose solutions and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service quality.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solution outcomes.
- Collaborate in defining product roadmap, feature prioritization, and solution feasibility with a product owner mindset.
- Support solution design, integration, and implementation of payment-related systems (e.g., Payment Hub, Payment Operations, Payment Gateway, Core Banking interfaces).
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and change request management for long-term projects.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain documentation, process flows, and knowledge base for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on payment trends, compliance, and industry best practices.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, IT, Information Systems, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services, with exposure to long-term transformation / digitalization projects.
- Strong experience working with banking operations or back-office functions (e.g., payment operations, settlement, reconciliation, clearing, dispute handling, operational process flows).
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business users and proactively propose solutions to improve business processes.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, especially in complex, cross-functional, or high-pressure environments.
- Product thinking / product owner mindset able to assess business value, prioritize features, and challenge requirements where needed.
- Experience in Payments project is highly preferred: Payment Hub, Payment Operation, Clearing/RTGS, SWIFT, NAPAS, Digital Payments, Merchant Payments, or ISO 20022.
- Familiar with BA methodologies and tools: BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, process mapping.
- Good command of English, able to communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
