ABOUT THE JOB
- Build up and manage end-to-end product development with the technical team, including product backlog and competitive features development, business and consumer journey excellence, development and launching, and continuous product innovation.
- Develop product requirement specifications, including written descriptions (concept notes) of functionality, flows, charts, wireframes, and mockups.
- Utilize popular BA/PO management tools and work effectively within Agile/Scrum culture and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, requester, tech, operations, customer services, etc.) to finalize concepts, working flows, and ensure smooth execution of related tasks.
- Create, maintain, and own the product roadmap and product backlog.
- Monitor competitor products and ensure our offerings remain superior.
- Comply with the company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Align individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure target achievement.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- From 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with WMS, OMS, ERP, POS, and Promotion systems, with an understanding of system integration.
- Solid business analysis and logical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Good knowledge of system integration, data flows, and APIs.
- Strong skills in business and functional documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Self-driven, proactive working style with an Agile mindset and adaptability to change.
