JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex business needs, translating them into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and document business rules, data requirements, system integrations, and reporting needs related to transportation and logistics.
Documentation
- Create detailed business processes, workflows, use cases, and data model documentation.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and design improved business processes that fully utilize the capabilities of the CARIS platform.
System Design & Specification
- Work with software architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training for the new business workflows.
Solution Validation & Testing Support
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios based on documented requirements.
- Support UAT activities, including facilitating testing sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking defects.
- Verify that the developed CARIS solution meets the defined business requirements and delivers the expected value.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an Agile development environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management software. It is a strong plus if have experience as an end user of OPUS Logistics.
- Strong experience managing software product development with a focus on features and product delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting sales is a plus.
- Solid understanding of both business and technical perspectives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English (advanced in speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
