Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and propose product features to improve overall product quality and user value.
- Analyze feedback from the Customer Support team to identify user pain points and areas for improvement.
- Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and strategy into clear and actionable technical requirements.
- Write product documentation including PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, feature logic, and define data validation rules and edge cases.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) thoroughly to ensure features work as expected and meet UI/UX standards before release.
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve blockers during implementation.
Requirements
Must have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner role in a product-based company.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong in-depth problem analysis and logical thinking ability.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in problem-solving and decision-making contexts.
- Basic knowledge of UX principles to ensure the application is user-friendly.
Nice To Have
- Experience using user analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Ability to use AI tools to support personal productivity and product-related tasks.
