Business Analyst IT (Fintech)

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanoi for a Business Analyst IT (Fintech). Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, defining and documenting business requirements, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure alignment between business strategies and IT initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed analyses, creating reports, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to deliver effective fintech solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and financial insight generation
• Proficient in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements
• Solid understanding of Business Processes to design and optimize workflows
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in the fintech or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
