Role Description
EmbedIT Vietnam is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support the design, analysis, and delivery of technology solutions for financial institutions across the SSEA region. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong analytical mindset, interest in banking and consumer lending, and a desire to grow within a dynamic consulting environment.

Your Future Role
Business & Technical Analysis
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the analysis of banking and lending workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to solution design discussions and help translate business needs into technical specifications.
Project Support
- Collaborate with senior consultants and developers during project execution.
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Help track project progress and prepare reports and documentation.
Domain Learning & Contribution
- Develop understanding of banking operations, consumer lending processes, and financial compliance.
- Support solution components related to credit scoring, loan origination, and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and DevOps.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and client-facing materials under guidance.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to gain exposure and contribute insights.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- 13 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or IT project support (internships included).
- Basic understanding of banking or financial services is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, process modeling, or documentation standards.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English for documentation and coordination.
