Business Analyst Intern

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst Intern role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Business Analyst Intern will assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes to support system development and optimization. Daily tasks will include collaborating with internal teams and clients, developing process flows, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to streamline business operations. The role also involves participating in client meetings and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of various Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with stakeholders
• Understanding and experience with Business Requirements gathering and documentation
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital transformation, data platforms, and ERP systems is a plus
