About the role

The Associate/Senior associate will be required to analyse client requirement relate to Payroll software and solution. To maintain excellent execution of day-to-day operations duties, contributing to and implementing changes to meet the needs of the business and clients. To provide service broader than data transactions – advice, knowledge of internal process impact, recognition of risks/mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuring and fixing payroll application to follow client's policies and labor law.
  • Presenting and training system/application to clients.
  • Analyzing root causes and gap of the issues and providing specific solutions to clients.
  • Analyzing, planning, and preparing technical documents for client's new request, assessing the feasibility and risk of request, estimating cost and timeline to accomplish the requests.
  • Preparing test cases, test scenarios and creating test environment to conduct the test before deploying in production.

Job requirements

  • Degree Holder in IT or Professional Certificate in IT
  • 1 to 2 years experience
  • Good knowledge in Programming, SDLC and database.
  • SQL knowledge preferrable.
  • Working experience in Payroll software is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Have a keen eye for details, highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
