Key Responsibitlities
- Collaborate closely with world-class domain experts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend digital transformation solutions aligned with clients operational models.
- Analyze and design business solutions for Healthcare systems, including HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS/PACS, CRM & Patient Care, and other healthcare platforms.
- Produce comprehensive business documentation, including BRD, SRS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Workflows, and BPMN diagrams.
- Design wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Axure, or equivalent design tools.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system acceptance, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Research HealthTech trends, AI applications, and emerging technologies to propose product and feature enhancements.
- Provide consulting recommendations to optimize business processes and improve user experience.
- For Lead level: Coordinate BA activities, review business documents, mentor Business Analysts, and contribute to team development.
Requirement
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. For the Lead position, experience leading or mentoring a BA team is highly preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare-related projects such as HIS, EMR, Hospital Management Systems, Digital Health, or a solid understanding of healthcare workflows is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, and Business Process Modeling.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRD, SRS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, BPMN, and Workflow documentation.
- Proficiency in Figma, Axure, or similar wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Strong system thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) or experience in mentoring and managing Business Analysts are strong advantages.
