Role Description The Business Analyst (Global Market) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. This role is responsible for working closely with international clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and business research, mapping current and future business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications. The Business Analyst will collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, monitor project progress, and support change management activities. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating meetings and workshops, and contributing to continuous improvement of analysis and documentation standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose data-driven recommendations.
  • Business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, including workflow mapping and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to capture, structure, and manage business requirements to support solution design and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global or multinational clients, preferably in IT or consulting environments.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., diagrams, process modeling, requirements management systems) and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
