Business Analyst (Fresher/ Senior/ Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced process analysis, data modeling, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including business cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross-functional collaboration to align business and technical teams.
• Provide expert guidance on business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews to ensure solution effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of banking products, operations, customer journeys, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with core banking systems, digital platforms, and fintech integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, risk management, and compliance in banking.
