Business Analyst

OB DESCRIPTION

• Requirement Management: Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional requirements between end-users and technical systems.
• Solution Advisory: Analyze, consult, and optimize system-related solutions to ensure business alignment.
• Process Engineering: Define business workflows and conduct functional testing (UAT) to ensure features meet specified requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from various system sources to verify accuracy and evaluate system efficiency post-implementation.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: College degree or higher in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Office Productivity: Proficient in office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze complex information.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL (database management) is required.
• Programming Background: Understanding of programming logic and familiarity with various programming languages is a distinct advantage.
• Soft Skills: High level of meticulousness, professional responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
