Business Analyst (Fintech)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst (Fintech) based in Hanoi. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business units and supporting the development of solutions to address business objectives and challenges.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data and trends effectively
• Proficiency in business analysis and business process optimization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, or fintech sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant business analysis tools and methodologies
