Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for a Business Analyst specializing in Fintech and Data-Tech. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes and requirements, while identifying key business challenges and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, develop reports, provide actionable insights based on data analysis, and propose innovative solutions to improve business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience, enabling candidates to interpret data and identify trends effectively
• Proficiency in defining and improving Business Processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate Business Requirements effectively to stakeholders
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Knowledge of Fintech or Data-Tech industries is preferred
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and AI-driven products, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, concepts, and AI capabilities in a fintech/data-tech environment
