Business Analyst

Company Description

We have developed and deployed our first version of a City O/S in Ecopark township and are now ready to bring our core product to other real estate developments in Vietnam. Ecotek is reinventing the way property managers & real estate developers operate townships in Vietnam and we are now looking for a business analyst that will take a big part in the responsibility of building a product that our customers love.

Your main tasks will include understanding our target customers pain points and how our tech solution can help them become more efficient on a daily basis. Performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users

What you will do

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs
• Understand business processes of property management in order to translate their needs into our product roadmap requirements.
• Analyzing and building models, solutions and business flows based on the customer's requirements.
• Drafting documents for business and solutions analysis including URD or SRS.
• Transfer knowledge to the development team and other members of the product team.

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, tech or related fields.
• At 3 years experience in BA or similar.
• Experience working in a product company using Scrum methodology.
