Job Description
- Participate in current-state assessments, pre-feasibility studies, solution consulting, and proposal development during the pre-sales/project initiation phase.
- Work directly with customers to understand organizational structures, business processes, and operational models in order to identify business needs and technology challenges.
- Provide consultancy on applying IT solutions to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and resource optimization for government organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation and operation phases, handling inquiries and providing product support.
- Design business processes, functional flows, and system requirements through documentation such as BRD, URD, SRS, and process models.
- Analyze data integration requirements among systems, databases, and shared platforms; collaborate with technical teams to develop integration documents, API specifications, and ensure business requirements are met.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize business analysis activities, requirement management, documentation, and overall solution quality.
- Develop prototypes and UI mockups for solution presentations and development support.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials for end users.
- Collaborate with QA teams to build test scenarios, improve testing processes, and ensure delivered products meet business requirements.
- Participate in solution handover and provide post-deployment operational support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Experience working with Government sector clients and understanding public-sector implementation processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly absorb, synthesize, and process information effectively; capable of proposing suitable features and solutions based on customer needs.
- Proficient in business documentation, process modeling, requirement specification, and explaining technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with both customers and internal teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills to ensure work quality and project timelines.
