We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Business Analyst cum Digital Product Operator to join our team. In this unique hybrid role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our technical products and operational excellence. You won't just run systems; you will build them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, gather business requirements, and use modern tools (including AI) to build and operate the necessary support systems that power our growth.

• System Operations & Support: Build, maintain, and operate the necessary support systems to ensure seamless daily operations for internal teams and customers.
• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Act as a Business Analyst to map out current workflows, interview stakeholders, and translate operational needs into clear technical requirements or process improvements.
• Rapid Prototyping (Vibe Coding): Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, ChatGPT) to rapidly build internal tools, scripts, or prototypes that solve immediate operational problems without waiting for full engineering cycles.
• Process Optimization: Analyze operational data to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement digital solutions or automations to increase efficiency.
• AI & Tool Integration: Scout, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools or SaaS software to assist with daily workflows and enhance system capabilities.
• Documentation & Enablement: Create clear documentation for support systems and conduct training sessions to ensure internal teams are proficient with new product features.

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in product operations, technical support, business analysis, or a similar role where you bridged the gap between people and software.
• Business Analysis Skills: Strong capability to dissect complex business problems, document user stories, and design logical process flows.
• Vibe Coding Proficiency: You embrace the future of coding. You are comfortable using AI LLMs and coding assistants to write code, debug, and build functional prototypes, even if you aren't a traditional senior engineer.
• Technical Aptitude: High familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Problem Solver: A self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision. You see a broken process and you fix it.
• Communication: Highly proficient in English (written and verbal), capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
