Job Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) serves as the key bridge between business users, IT teams and throughout the DMS & CRM implementation project.
- The BA is responsible for supporting requirement definition, business process design, testing preparation, user readiness, and adoption activities within the assigned workstream
- The BA ensures business requirements are properly translated into system solutions and supports business users throughout the project lifecycle from analysis to post go-live stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Definition & Process Design
- Facilitate business requirement workshops.
- Understand and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Support requirement clarification between client and vendor.
- Review EDD, FDD and related design deliverables.
- Identify and track Fit & Gap items.
- Support business decision making on process and system design.
2. Data & Migration Support
- Support business data identification and cleansing activities.
- Review data mapping and migration preparation.
- Coordinate validation of migrated data with business users.
- Support migration readiness assessment.
3. Testing Support
- Support SIT, KUAT and EUAT preparation.
- Create sample business scenarios and test patterns.
- Review test scripts prepared by business users.
- Track testing progress, defects and business issues.
- Support business sign-off activities.
4. Training & Change Management
- Support KUT and EUT preparation.
- Review training materials and user guides.
- Facilitate user training sessions.
- Support communication and change management activities.
- Promote user readiness and adoption.
5. Go-Live & Stabilization Support
- Support Go-Live readiness assessment.
- Identify business risks and open issues before deployment.
- Provide business support during cutover and hypercare periods.
- Support post go-live issue analysis and resolution.
- Monitor user adoption and utilization.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 5+ years of business analysis, consulting, or system implementation experience.
- Experience in requirement gathering and process design.
- Experience supporting UAT or business testing.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work with business users and IT teams.
- Business-level English.
Nice to have
- Automotive industry experience.
- Dealer Management System (DMS) experience.
- CRM implementation experience.
- Training and change management experience.
- Multi-country rollout project experience.
