We are looking for Business Analyst who are strongly desired to develop the career path in the Professional Business Analyst. Responsibilities
- Meeting with customer to get request and analyze/clarify it.
- Analyze customer material (UI definition, initial specs).
- Create Detail Design (DD) and Basic Design (BD) document.
- Define business flow, business logic.
- Prioritize tasks and communicate to senior management effort estimates and project status periodically.
- Do the rough estimation when getting requirement, or participate on the estimation (with development team).
- Participate into team collaborative design and document review (for DD & Test) activities.
- Will collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into function scope & test scenarios, then solutions.
- Have application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other various technologies and account teams.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mock-ups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
- Hands-on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as product owners, designers, and architects
- Proactive, high responsibility, and be able to work under high pressure
- Strong experience & knowledge in Agile/Scrum
- Good English communication
- Professional certificates in Business Analysis is a plus.
