Overview:
The Business Analyst acts as a vital bridge between stakeholders and the development team within the Squad, ensuring that product solutions meet digital business goals. With a focus on Key Performance Indicators related to sales, usage, or conversion efficiency, you will assist the Squad in defining requirements, optimizing processes, and shaping the product to achieve expected results.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Product Shaping
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to clearly understand digital business goals, such as increasing conversion rates and growing revenue from digital customers.
- Interact with end-users, the Product Owner, and various departments to collect detailed requirements, ensuring they align with Key Performance Indicator targets.
- Create product requirement documents (including Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, and Use Cases) and prioritize them based on business impact.
Development Support & Product Optimization
- Collaborate with the technical team (Developers, Quality Assurance, and Data Engineers) to explain requirements clearly, resolve ambiguities, and ensure the solution is built according to the objective.
- Participate in evaluating technical solutions to ensure they align with business requirements and maintain user-friendly standards.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios to ensure the product meets quality standards before launch.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Vietnamese financial technology company or Digital Bank.
- Must have hands-on experience in at least two product launches involving either Lending (Consumer or Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) or Banking products (Current Account Savings Account or Savings).
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is mandatory.
- Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
