Our client, a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto, AI, and payments domains, is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their growing team.
About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client&aposs products. You will work closely with the Product Development team to plan and define key product features and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Definition & Planning: Partner with the Product Development team to define core product features and improvements.
- Technical Specification: Define sitemaps, layout pages, and write detailed specifications for new product features.
- Development Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure features are delivered as per requirements.
- User-Centric Approach: Implement requirements while ensuring they adequately satisfy user needs and demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams including Quality Control, Product, Design, and Development to ideate, analyze, and select the best solutions.
- Solution Validation: Validate solutions with users through mockups, prototypes, and presentations.
- QA/QC Support: Assist the QA/QC team in developing test plans, performing integration tests, and user acceptance testing.
- Product Roadmap Management: Maintain the product roadmap and feature completion status; communicate important changelogs and upcoming features to relevant teams.
- Other Tasks: Complete other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of the sports/sportsbook industry.
- Strong understanding of web/app development workflows and functions.
- Proficient in Business Analyst skills including requirement elicitation, information analysis, and technical documentation.
- Familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.
- Experienced in the prioritization process and managing App issues/defects.
- Eager to learn new skills and take ownership of specific domains.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese for effective face-to-face communication.
- Excellent logical thinking, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities.
