YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP
As a
Business Analyst (BA) Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams on critical projects that drive our product development and improve our services. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience and develop the practical skills you need to thrive in your career.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Assist in documenting product workflows, features, and basic technical insights
- Support the team in understanding and summarizing challenges faced during development
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to align product design and functionality
- Help review client-provided process charts and ensure alignment with project goals
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and solutions based on team feedback
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with software development life cycle
- You have a business mindset or product mindset
- You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver
- Proficiency in the English (IELTS above 6.5 or CEFR B2)
- Available to join the internship at least 4 days per week
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g. Scrum/ PRINCE2)
- Some experience with software development processes
- Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation, evidenced by previous projects or coursework (e.g. academic projects, internship experiences, or personal hobby projects,..)
- Previous internship in BA or product-related experience is a plus
