Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and Odoo ERP capabilities. You will lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional design to ensure successful Odoo implementations and optimizations that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for Odoo

- Conduct gap analysis between existing business processes and standard Odoo functionalities, proposing viable workarounds or customizations

- Configure and prototype solutions using Odoo Studio and standard modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing)

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test cases, and ensure solutions meet business requirements prior to deployment

- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user manuals

- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of the Odoo system

- Work closely with developers, project managers, and strategic partners in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver projects on time and within scope

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Odoo ERP implementations.

- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules and the end-to-end Odoo implementation lifecycle.

- Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and creating detailed functional documentation.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

- Odoo Certification

- Basic technical understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, or XML to communicate effectively with development teams.
