Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our AI Solutions team, responsible for identifying AI opportunities, defining product requirements, and driving AI solutions from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI application opportunities.
- Define AI use cases, product vision, and expected business outcomes.
- Document requirements (BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact.
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to define model objectives and expected outputs.
- Support UAT, validate AI results with clients, and ensure solution alignment.
- Take ownership of AI Landing Page content: build value propositions in collaboration with Marketing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as BA/PO roles.
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
- Experience in AI Solutions/ Software Development or digital transformation.
- Strong analytical thinking and product mindset.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive models, GenAI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English communication.
