Job Title    : Business Analyst/Product Owner

Location    : HN, HCM  

Job Description:

•       Taking the Business Analyst role in a project to liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.  

•       Coordinating the BA team members in the project to achieve the project goal  

•       User Stories Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft detailed user stories, particularly those requiring extensive integration and complex backend logic, to guide the development process.  

•       Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.  

•       Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Apply rigorous critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues, making data-driven decisions that align with our strategic objectives.  

Requirements:

•       At least 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner is required.   

•       Bachelor's degree required, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.  

•       Extensive experience in the IT industry.   

•       Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making  

•       Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements  

•       Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications  

•       Strong in analyzing the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are  

•       Capable to identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques 

•       Strong English speaking and writing skills
