Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Business Analysis Trainee, you will work closely with teams to gather and analyze business requirements, assist in improving business processes, and bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve developing documentation, conducting research, and providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Business Analysis experience, including gathering and documenting requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of Business Processes and ability to recommend process improvements
• Knowledge of defining and documenting Business Requirements effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Ho Chi Minh City
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP, Data Analytics, or AI tools is advantageous
• An aptitude for continuous learning and improvement in a fast-paced setting
