ABOUT THE JOB
Bid Support & Scoping
- Analyze RFPs and client documentation to extract business priorities, functional requirements, and scope boundaries.
- Translate client needs into structured business requirements, use cases, and solution scenarios.
- Define acceptance criteria and scope assumptions to support fixed-price proposals.
- Contribute to bid documentation (functional scope, business scenarios, process maps, value realization).
Delivery Readiness & Scope Management
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with proposed solutions.
- Establish scope management and change control mechanisms for fixed-price projects.
- Oversee the creation of deliverables such as functional specifications, process flows, and traceability matrices.
Project Execution Support
- Lead requirement workshops, refinement sessions, and validation meetings with clients.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.
Industry & Client Alignment
- Apply domain knowledge to scope definition in one or more of the following areas:
- Insurance: policy administration, claims, distribution channels, customer portals.
- Banking: account lifecycle, payments, compliance/regulatory reporting.
- Enterprise Applications: HR/Finance transformation (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Digital Transformation: omnichannel journeys, self-service, automation.
- Act as a trusted partner in aligning solution features with business value.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- From 810 years in business analysis with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record in RFP analysis, functional scoping, and proposal contributions
- Deep experience in requirements engineering, functional design, and delivery alignment
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; strong client-facing facilitation skills
- Demonstrated success in building and coaching BA teams
- Exposure to BFSI domains or ERP/HCM transformation projects (SAP, Workday, Oracle)
- Preferred certifications (not mandatory): PSPO II, CBAP, PMI-PBA
