Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Unit Lead - Hardlines & Toys, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves overseeing business operations and driving the unit's growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring quality assurance standards, developing business plans, analyzing performance metrics, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration across departments to meet business objectives and maintaining alignment with organizational goals are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical knowledge about Hardline goods & Toys testing
• Proficiency in Business Planning and the ability to create strategic growth initiatives
• Understanding of operations, project management, and market dynamics
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining brand reputation
• Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving business goals
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field
• English & Chinese speaking
