JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER (BAM)

1. Business Development & B2B Opportunity Management
- Identify, research, and develop new B2B business opportunities, including converting potential B2C customers into B2B clients.
- Proactively explore new markets and target corporate customers across high-potential industries.
- Approach, build, and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Propose and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and corporate customer needs.

2. Corporate Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired corporate clients.
- Ensure continuous communication to deliver optimal products, services, and customer experience.
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout the cooperation lifecycle and promptly resolve arising issues in an effective manner.

3. B2B Sales Execution, Consulting & Contracting
- Execute approved B2B sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the B2B channel to expand market coverage and increase sales volume.
- Consult and recommend appropriate products and service solutions based on corporate clients needs.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize B2B contracts, ensuring mutual benefits, legal compliance, and company policies.
- Coordinate contract signing and service delivery for corporate customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education
- College or University degree.
- Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Knowledge
- Solid understanding of the market, company products/services, and competitive landscape.

3. Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical capability in business data and strategic planning.
- Effective problem-solving and situation-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and related business software.

4. Professional Experience
- Minimum 23 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Real Estate, F&B, Banking & Finance, Insurance, or related service sectors.
