Bridge System Engineer

This is a full-time and remote position for a Bridge System Engineer. The primary responsibilities include facilitating efficient communication between the project teams in Vietnam and clients abroad, translating technical documents, interpreting meetings, and reporting. Additional tasks include supporting software development teams to ensure seamless understanding of requirements, managing project progress, and collaborating on solutions to meet client needs.

• Strong skills in communication and coordination to ensure smooth interaction between cross-cultural teams and overseas clients.
• Proficiency in technical documentation translation, meeting interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of software development processes, project management, and ability to analyze client requirements.
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or higher) and strong English skills for effective communication.
• Technical understanding of IT or software engineering concepts; a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in bridging roles or project coordination is preferred.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with Japanese working culture and methodologies is a plus.
