Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Act as the bridge between clients and offshore development teams
- Support solution design, documentation, testing, and user acceptance testing
- Assist with project planning, scope management, and risk identification
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer, business analyst, systems analyst, or in a similar role
- At least 2 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
- Japanese-language proficiency at N2 or above; English-language proficiency would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, SQL, APIs, and web services
