Introduction

Techvify Japan is hiring a Bridge Software Engineer (BA Focus) who acts as a strategic architect between Japanese business needs and technical execution. This role does not require coding experience but demands a deep, structural understanding of software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Problem Discovery & Business Analysis
• Analyze business issues deeply to propose optimized system solutions rather than just following initial requests.
• Consult with clients on business logic to ensure the software aligns with their long-term goals.
• System Design & Documentation
• Take full responsibility for creating Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and High-Level Design (HLD).
• Ensure all documentation is logically structured, clear, and ready for development.
• Project Orchestration & Quality Assurance
• Work closely with the engineering team in Vietnam to explain requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Act as the Logic Guardian for the project, ensuring no gaps between client expectations and technical delivery.
  
  

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a BA or BrSE specifically for software projects involving Japanese clients.
• Technical Foundation: Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and System Architecture.
• Documentation: Proven track record in independently writing SRS and High-Level Design.
  
  

Language Requirements

• For Fukuoka Branch: Japanese N2 or above.
• For Tokyo Branch: Japanese N1; OR N2 with at least 3 years of working experience in Japan.
  
  

Nice-to-have (Advantages)

• Direct Onsite experience in Japan.
• Experience in Project Management or leading a small team.
• Ability to conduct Detail Design.
• Ability to use AI to improve quality and performance
