❖ Job responsibilities: 

- Directly communicate with Japanese clients via email, chat tool, meeting to meet 

requirements. 

- Analyze requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design)

- Review source code, test case, test script

- Deploy & manage server configuration

- Lead small team (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, 

report)

- Manage project timeline, report to clients on regular basis and manage project 

performance.

❖ Required Skills and Experience: 

Key Qualifications: 

- More than 3 years of experience in software development as BrSE role

- Experience in creating design documents (Basic Design/ Detail Design)

- Good programming fundamental, critical and logical thinking skills 

- Japanese communication: good at conversation & writing (JLPT N2 or above) 

- Commitment to excellence and self-improvement

- Proactive in learning

- Experience in testing (manual or automatic) (Plus point)

- Review code & debug skill (Plus point)

Nice to have 

- Good knowledge of JavaScript Framework such as Vue, Angular, React

- Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript 

- AWS configuration

- Have management skill
