Job Objectives:
1) Directly operate and control the brewing, fermentation, and filtration processes.
2) Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance (self-managed maintenance).
3) Comply with company regulations and policies on safety and environmental protection at work.
4) Implement 5S, clean the factory, equipment, and work area.
5) Manage the input and output of raw materials for the brewing and filtration process.
6) Monitor and effectively resolve issues, ensuring stable quality and low production costs.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Control parameters in the brewing, fermentation, and filtration processes; perform CIP (Continuing Intake) on equipment according to specified frequency. Control related raw materials/chemicals.
- Accurately perform operation and maintenance (PM) requirements, and perform sampling and measurement of product samples in the production process. Ensure that the product meets all quality standards before moving to the next stage.
- Directly monitor, record, and promptly report all quality issues and equipment malfunctions during production to the production supervisor. Handle equipment malfunctions promptly within the permitted scope. Report all such incidents to superiors.
- Implement proper cleaning and sterilization procedures for equipment (CIP), maintain cleanliness of the production workshop, and ensure environmental and personal hygiene in accordance with food safety requirements.
- Manage the input and output of raw materials for the brewing process and the preparation of raw materials for beer filtration.
- Record all parameters and indicators during production as required in the work instructions.
- Propose improvements to processes and products.
- Participate in proposing initiatives to improve product quality, enhance efficiency, improve and optimize production processes, food safety and hygiene, and environmental protection.
- Strictly adhere to safety and environmental guidelines and requirements during operation, ensuring the factory and work areas are clean and tidy.
- Identify safety and environmental hazards in the work area and implement/monitor measures to ensure these hazards are eliminated/minimized.
- Comply with regulations and instructions from superiors.
- Work with a professional demeanor and strictly adhere to company discipline.
- Implement the VPO program to maintain stability and improve production efficiency in the area.
- Fully implement 5S regulations and guidelines.
- Fully participate in shift meetings.
- Update shift results
- Resolve issues during the shift according to current procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Educational Qualifications:
• University graduate in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Industry Experience:
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant (preferably in the food/beverage industry)
• Preference given to breweries and beverage factories.
Position Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a production operations position.
Languages:
• Basic English reading comprehension (good communication skills are a plus).
Computer Skills:
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge, Skills, and Personality Requirements:
• Understanding of beer technology.
• Understanding of HACCP.
• Good health, willing to work shifts.
• Calm, flexible, and highly adaptable to changing situations or incidents during shifts.
