Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable Braze CDP solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Braze CDP, including data model design, event tracking frameworks, identity resolution, and profile configuration.
- Design customer journeys, segmentation logic, and personalized communications across Braze channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, webhooks).
- Collaborate with technical teams to support API/SDK integrations and ensure accurate data flow across systems.
- Conduct solution testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery quality aligned with project scope and timelines.
- Provide guidance, best practices, and training to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support ongoing enhancement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities based on engagement performance and data insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Braze, including end-to-end CDP implementation.
- Strong understanding of customer data structures, event schemas, and user identity management.
- Experience with integrations (API/SDK), data pipelines, and marketing automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Liquid templating, personalization logic, and segmentation strategies.
- Strong consulting skills: requirement analysis, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work in dynamic project environments with cross-functional teams.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience with additional CDP platforms (Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Treasure Data) is a plus.
