Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather and clarify business requirements for customer data, segmentation, and engagement journeys.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for Braze CDP implementation.
• Support solution teams with data mapping, event definitions, and segmentation logic from a business perspective.
• Validate business flows, customer journeys, and user scenarios during testing.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and support client onboarding to Braze.

Requirements

• Local Vietnamese with 24 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM/Marketing/MarTech or consulting projects.
• Experience with Braze or other CDP/marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement use cases.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and work with technical teams.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Good English communication skill (verbal & written).
