Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Visual Designer to join our team and lead the visual direction for global brand marketing campaigns. This role focuses on delivering creative visual solutions that support marketing initiatives and enhance the overall brand experience across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand visual design for marketing campaigns, including brand IP, creative assets, campaign landing pages, and motion design
  • Design marketing UI components and campaign pages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Create brand-related packaging and promotional materials, such as themed scenes and gift box designs
  • Translate business goals into effective design strategies and creative concepts that support marketing performance
  • Build and evolve visual systems from scratch, ensuring consistent brand expression across channels
  • Conduct design trend research across different markets and adapt visual styles to suit local audiences
  • Continuously optimize design solutions using data insights and user feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Digital Media, Industrial Design, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in mobile or digital products
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Experience using AIGC tools in design workflows
  • Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and design aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest in global markets and cross-cultural design
