What You Bring to the Network

1. Core Requirements (All Levels):

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to architect exceptional digital experiences across UI/UX and/or brand design.
• Proficiency inFigmaandAdobe Creative Suite.
• Experience withFramerorWebflowis a plus, but not required.
• A deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and strategic rationale.
• A proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.

Mid-Level to Senior Designers will also have:

• 2-3+ years of experiencein UI/UX design, graphic design, or similar roles, with a portfolio to prove it.
• Experience working with developers, testing, and Q&A processes.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and specifications.
• Experience in brand identity development and strategic design.
• Uncompromising collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Expert Designers will ideally bring:

• Mastery of brand architectureand comprehensive brand system development.
• Mastery ofanimation and micro-interactionsusing tools like Jitter, Rive, or After Effects.
• Deep expertise indesign thinking methodologiesfor architecting digital products.
• A strategic voice in projects, guiding clients on design best practices and pioneering new trends.
• A commitment to staying on the bleeding edge of industry trends and bringing innovation to every project.

1. Application Review We&aposll review your portfolio to see your design expertise and how your work aligns with our values.
2. Collaborative Chat A conversation to explore your design approach, working style, and see if we&aposre a mutual fit.
3. Design Challenge A small project (6-12 hours) designed to showcase your ability to translate requirements into exceptional design solutions, giving us insight into your technical and creative skills.
4. Mutual Decision After the challenge, we&aposll both decide if the collaboration is the right fit. We value transparency and open communication to ensure we&aposre aligned for a successful working relationship.
5. Invitation & Alignment If we see strong potential, we&aposll invite you to collaborate. For those still developing their skills, this may include a dedicated alignment phase to ensure your work meets our agency-grade standards before you are matched with client projects.
6. Onboarding & Project Matching Once fully aligned, you&aposll be onboarded to our project management system and matched with projects that fit your skills and passion.
