We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive trade marketing execution and sales performance coordination, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business and trade marketing plans aligned with company targets
- Plan and manage trade marketing activities (promotions, visibility, in-store execution) and control trade A&P budget
- Monitor sales performance by channel, account, and region; identify gaps and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate with Annam sales team to support listings, distribution expansion, and sell-out initiatives
- Support brand activation, new channel development, and NPD launches
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Coordination, or Commercial roles within FMCG or food categories.
- Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and route-to-market execution.
- Experience in project management, planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against timelines.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and execution discipline.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English skills.
