BRAND PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE (S-CLASS CREATORS/ MEGA LIVE FOCUS)

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Deal Negotiation & Commercialization: Lead high-stakes negotiations with enterprise brands to secure exclusive commercial terms for S-Class creators. This includes negotiating premium fixed sponsorship fees, top-tier commission rates, and exclusive hero-product pricing required for high-impact Mega Livestreams.
  • Mega Campaign Commercial Strategy: Collaborate closely with brands to design optimal product mixes, voucher strategies, and promotional mechanics. Ensure the commercial offering is highly competitive and perfectly aligned with the S-Class creator's audience demographics to maximize Conversion Rates (CR) and GMV.
  • Elite Key Account Management: Cultivate, strengthen, and manage long-term strategic alliances with VIP brand partners. Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, providing consultative advice on social commerce strategies and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the collaboration lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional POD Leadership: Work seamlessly within a dedicated S-Class PODcollaborating with Senior Project Managers, Content Specialists, and Livestream Operationsto ensure flawless execution of bespoke campaigns. Facilitate smooth information flow from brand briefing to live execution.
  • Performance Analysis & Executive Reporting: Oversee the commercial performance of mega campaigns. Conduct in-depth post-campaign analyses (ROI, GMV, engagement metrics) and deliver executive-level reports and actionable insights to brand partners, fostering trust and driving contract renewals.

3. Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Law, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in key account management, strategic brand partnerships, or business development, preferably with a track record of handling top-tier KOLs, celebrity campaigns, or high-value e-commerce projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the social commerce landscape, TikTok Shop/Shopee mechanics, and advanced livestream monetization strategies.
  • Core Competencies: Elite negotiation, persuasive communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to close high-ticket deals and navigate complex commercial agreements with enterprise-level clients.
  • Work Style: Highly strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented. Capable of thriving under the pressure of billion-VND GMV targets while maintaining impeccable attention to detail and service quality.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
