Key Responsibilities
- TAP & Affiliate Management: Actively source, negotiate, and secure highly competitive TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) campaigns. Ensure A-Class creators receive optimal commission structures, exclusive flash-sale pricing, and dedicated vouchers to maximize conversion rates during their self-operated livestreams.
- Business Development & High-Volume Outreach: Identify and approach potential brands for collaboration opportunities with creators, expanding THN's partnership portfolio. Manage mass outreach initiatives to secure a continuous flow of product samples and daily affiliate deals across various categories (FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, etc.).
- Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain close partnerships with brands collaborating with creators in THN's network, ensuring long-term commercial relationships and trust.
- Campaign Collaboration & Logistics: Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Influencer Management, Livestream Operations, Productions, Marketing) to engage brands in Mega and Daily Livestream sessions. Ensure product samples are requested, dispatched, and received by creators in a timely manner, and verify the accurate configuration of affiliate links prior to broadcast schedules.
- Performance Management & Reporting: Manage, execute, and monitor KPIs and ROI for brand collaboration projects. Track and analyze the GMV and affiliate sales performance of the A-Class creator portfolio, generating data-driven post-campaign reports for brand partners to demonstrate measurable success and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Develop, refine, and implement efficient workflows for brand collaboration, high-volume sample requests, and affiliate link setups. Utilize internal tracking systems to ensure smooth execution, sustainable growth, and operational efficiency without compromising service quality.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or a related commercial field.
- Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical experience in brand partnership, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce account management, preferably within an MCN, digital agency, or e-commerce platform environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of the social commerce landscape, with specific expertise in the TikTok Shop ecosystem, TikTok Affiliate Center (TAP mechanics), and current influencer monetization trends.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Work Style: Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing the capability to manage high-volume workflows and multiple creator portfolios simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Proactive, commercially astute, result-driven, and demonstrating a strong commitment to scaling the commercial success of rising creators.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
