We are seeking talented brand marketing. Your main responsibility will be to focus on the Vietnam market; you will develop and execute creative marketing strategies to establish our company as a trusted partner for businesses seeking top-notch software solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support lead and revenue goals.
• Execute brand strategies to establish and strengthen the company's presence in the Vietnam software outsourcing market.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine and improve outcomes.
• Create and curate high-quality, market-relevant content tailored to the Vietnam audience.
• Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and other online platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings in the Vietnam market.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities, industry events, and webinars for company representatives to showcase expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing or related marketing roles.
• Previous experience in the IT outsourcing industry or a strong passion for the IT sector.
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Experience in SEO marketing with a focus on B2B market.
• Strong ability to identify and adapt to emerging market trends.
• Proven ability to apply AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency, including content generation, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
