About the position

As the Brand & Marketing Manager at Marou, you will play a key role in shaping how the world experiences our brand. You will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of brand initiatives that strengthen Marou's identity, build meaningful emotional connections with consumers, and drive sustainable growth.

The right candidate is deeply passionate about brands, storytelling someone who brings taste, originality, and purpose into every campaign and experience.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Contribute to defining and executing a clear brand direction that strengthens Marou's position.
  • Translate company purpose and values into consistent, meaningful brand stories and experiences across all channels from packaging to digital presence to in-store experience.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline), including collaborations and brand activities.
  • Craft storytelling that connects emotionally with consumers and reinforces Marou's brand equity.
  • Explore collaborations, partnerships, and events that express Marou's adventurous and authentic spirit.

Marketing Performance & Insights

  • Plan and deliver marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Use consumer insights and market trends to support brand and product initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Store Chain Operations, Supply Chain, International & Domestic Wholesales to ensure brand alignment and commercial effectiveness.
  • Work with local and international teams to maintain brand coherence and relevance.

Team & Project Management

  • Manage marketing projects, timelines, and priorities to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead and support team members in executing campaigns and daily marketing activities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand & Marketing, with experience leading teams or projects
  • Proven track record in executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results
  • Strong sense of taste, and storytelling - able to translate brand essence into creative expression
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect brand building with commercial performance
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

3. PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in premium, lifestyle, or F&B sectors
  • Experience managing and executing cross-functional brand projects (e.g., product launches, collaborations, new concept development)
  • Exposure to international markets or cross-border brand management
  • Passion for craftsmanship, food, or culture-related brands.

Working time: Monday - Friday

Working location: Green Building, 160 Street B2, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
