Job Description

Role Purpose

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of brand strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive brand visibility across key markets and channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a consistent brand experience while supporting business growth in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer trends.
  • Strengthen the brand positioning within the premium healthy and organic F&B category.
  • Refine brand architecture, value proposition, key messaging, and brand identity.
  • Evolve the brand story to create stronger connections with modern consumers.
  • Develop channel-specific brand approaches across Horeca, Retail, Food Service channels.

Brand Awareness & Brand Equity

  • Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness, consideration, and preference.
  • Support PR, partnerships, events, and brand-building activities to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns consistently reflect the brand positioning and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand health through research, brand tracking, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.

Brand Governance & Innovation

  • Own and maintain Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including packaging, POSM, digital, events, and communications.
  • Review and approve brand-related communications and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Product teams to provide market insights and support product innovation aligned with brand strategy.
  • Guide packaging storytelling and communication claims to ensure relevance, consistency, and compliance.

Stakeholder & Budget Management

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate brand strategy into execution.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
  • Oversee brand budgets, project timelines, and quality of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, or related roles.
  • Experience in F&B, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries.
  • Proven experience in brand positioning, brand development, and brand health measurement.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with export markets is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
