Role Description

As a full-time Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity. This on-site role, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing product positioning, monitoring market trends, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand initiatives. You will be expected to contribute creative solutions, analyze market data, and ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies to support the company's objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for delivering results and taking ownership of brand performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Marketing, and Product Positioning
  • Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Consumer Insight Development
  • Skills in Campaign Planning, Digital Marketing, and Content Development
  • Proficiency in Budget Management, Project Coordination, and Performance Analysis
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
