Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to develop and implement integrated Marketing Campaign starting from communication strategy to campaign development and deployment to the market. The role requires high competencies in consumer insight understanding, creative thinking and critical thinking to develop a breakthrough communication for the brand.
Main Responsibility
- Building up brand communication strategy
- Leading creative campaign & communication target consumer
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
- Establishing campaign budgets, brand performance specifications.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns ABTL, events, sponsorships.
- Increasing product sales and market share especially in strongholds.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing CMI & Media, creative agency, other commercial functions and supporting functions etc.
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand guideline and company values.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
- Previous experience in brand building especially creativity and marketing strategies.
- At least 1 - 2 years at Brand Manager role
- Strong creative mindset
- Outstanding socializing & connecting skills and good communication skills.
- Previous experience in managing and leading teamwork.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- Budget management skills.
- Data analysis skill: from data analysis to indication/action plan. (source: internal data system, external data analysis, etc)
